Here is what Sophia has to sayā¦
ššššš
ā2020 was a mind-blowing experience. Three months into my first year of secondary school, the whole country went into lockdown and I spent almost the rest of my year cooped up at home. The only method of learning was through online classes, which required a great deal of self-discipline, but allowed me to have a flexible schedule to pursue my interests.
I joined English Matters in the middle of the lockdown. My online classes with English Matters were quite different from the others. The teachers here are fun and friendly and always try to make online classes engaging and interactive. Before joining English Matters, I never realised that learning English could be such an enjoyable process.
My CAE results came as a pleasant surprise as I had enjoyed my classes at English Matters thoroughly and I never thought I'd be able to score so amazingly well by just enjoying and participating in my class each week. I am so immensely grateful towards my teachers at English Matters who have been extremely helpful and I'm looking forward to reaching greater heights on my journey of learning English with English Matters!ā
